BEAMS and Speedo have joined forces once again, presenting a new amphibious capsule centered on water-repellent and sun-protecting features.
Featuring swimwear, graphic basics, and summertime accessories, the latest tie-up between the Japanese brand and the iconic swim label is a versatile capsule fit for both diving in and drying off. The collection is led by retro swim shorts, boasting Speedo’s vintage duo-tone logo and a classic blue and green checked fabric. Elsewhere in apparel, the Rush logo tee, which boasts graphics on both the front and back, is available in black, white, and green.
The recurring plaid pattern is also featured on a transformable roll-top bag, designed to protect your belongings from water exposure, and a logo-emblazoned dad cap that comes with a detachable hood. Finally, the micro-chamois towel, ideal for fast-drying use, features a new pattern combining both collaborators’ logos.
Speedo and BEAMS have a long history of collaborations since 2020, including various swim trunks, heritage-inspired graphics, and accessories. In 2020, their second collaboration combined USA and Japan team graphics and in 2023, the partners initiated a three-way partnership by bringing ALWAYTH into the mix.
The latest Speedo x BEAMS collection is set for release on July 12 at the BEAMS web store and physical boutiques.
