Update: The collaboration between Union LA, fragment design, and Jordan Brand has recently leaked, showcasing their version of the Air Jordan 1 High OG. An on-foot preview has emerged, comparing it to the 2014 fragment design collaboration. While it shares similarities with the 2014 model, it incorporates unique adjustments from Union LA. This preview highlights features to expect, though it’s important to note that this is a sample pair, and the retail version may vary. The release is anticipated for spring 2026 through Nike SNKRS and select retailers, so stay tuned for updates.

Update: Among the numerous Jordan Brand rumors from last year, the Union LA x fragment design x Air Jordan 1 collaboration was particularly notable. A first look at this collaboration reveals a fresh yet familiar design of the Air Jordan 1 High OG.

The sneaker features the upper from fragment design’s 2014 AJ1, characterized by its black, white, and blue color scheme. Union LA’s signature collar stitching is present in bright blue, reminiscent of their previous AJ1 collaboration from February. A “UNION” stitched tag is located below the lateral collar’s Wings logo, while the thunderbolt logo from fragment design appears at the lateral heel. A significant change is seen in the tongue, which transitions from all-black to an off-white foam at the collar, integrating the unique stitching style. Other noticeable modifications include a white outsole instead of the blue one from the 2014 model and text on the medial midsole referencing Hiroshi Fujiwara and Chris Gibbs from Union LA.

The collaboration is now set to launch in early 2026 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers, so look out for further updates.
Original Story: With the Air Jordan 1’s 40th anniversary approaching next year, Jordan Brand is gearing up to elevate the excitement even further.
A recent report from sneaker insider HORHEAD_Sales has disclosed that fragment design will collaborate with Travis Scott and Jordan Brand on another AJ1 in 2025. Additionally, Hiroshi Fujiwara’s label will support Union LA’s newly revealed AJ1 campaign. While we don’t have a first look at the sneaker yet, a mock-up suggests a design that combines Union LA’s distinctive stitching with fragment design’s typical blue, black, and white palette.

As of now, there has been no official confirmation from fragment design, Union LA, or Jordan Brand regarding this collaboration. Stay tuned for updates, including the anticipated first look at the sneaker, which is expected to debut during the 40th anniversary celebrations in 2025 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers.
