Teresa Giudice is facing legal issues once again, this time linked to her husband, Luis Ruelas‘ tax matters. Reports surfaced about a tax lien against the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, prompting many to question how Giudice found herself in trouble with another spouse. Among those expressing concern is Bethenny Frankel, a former star of The Real Housewives of New York City, who shared her thoughts on Instagram regarding Giudice’s predicament.

In her video, Frankel expressed her disbelief, stating, “I cannot believe Teresa is in another marriage with financial, legal issues.” She reminisced about a viral moment when she tweeted about Giudice not signing a prenup, saying, “If Teresa Giudice does not sign a prenup, I will jump through my phone.” Ultimately, Giudice did not sign a prenup, leading Frankel to liken the situation to watching a horror movie and yelling at the screen.

Frankel conveyed sympathy for Giudice but noted this is the second occurrence. “I feel terrible, but like fool me once, you’re a fool. Fool me twice, I’m a fool,” she remarked. “Love is blind and all these things but oh my god. There’s never been a worse picker in the history of pickers than myself besides Teresa Giudice.” She concluded that while she “still wins,” she “didn’t go to the clink.”

Bethenny Frankel Makes a Valid Point

Later in her video, Frankel raised a question that has intrigued many viewers: “Why would you both go on TV? There’s something wrong with someone who goes on TV knowing that you have a dead body in your trunk,” she commented. “It’s almost like it’s being made up. It’s unfathomable. It doesn’t make any sense. It’s too implausible.” The situation feels particularly shocking as this is the second time Giudice is facing such issues. Previously, she served time in prison due to her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, being convicted of bankruptcy fraud, bank fraud, and tax evasion. Currently, she must pay over $300,000 related to the lien against her.
